A little bit about Jordan
I have been a real estate investor since 2007, and I understand what it’s like to be on both the buyer's and seller's side. Buying my first home was a nightmare as my wife and I were completely misled about the condition of our first home. We had no extra money to fix the damages that were hiding in our new home and felt trapped. Due to our experience, I wanted to learn more about home inspections and help others from a miserable experience. I want to give an impartial, honest opinion of the condition of a home.
