Raj did a great job pointing out the real issues with the home and providing me with accurate information on what would need to be addressed while not getting hung up on the small stuff so that I could make an informed decision.

Raj is a thorough and to-the-point inspector. Her and I spent a good amount of time walking through my new home and its detached shop/garage, and by the end of the inspection I felt I had a clear picture of the condition of the house and what might need to be done after I purchase it. She is not afraid to get up on a pitched metal roof to inspect the back of the chimney, nor get underneath the house with the rodent droppings to look for uncovered junction boxes or improper dryer ducts. Moving from a home with all electric heat to one with oil (and the option to convert to gas), she explained to me the differences between the heat sources and how they compare cost-wise in this area. I thought it was cool that she even identified the original builder of my 1949-vintage house based on the layout.

Well she's definitely worth it plus a follow up. Definitely recommended.
