Reis was great, very thorough and knowledgeable. We were not able to be on-site so she met with our Redfin agent. All went well, the only negative would be that while Inside Out met their deadline for getting us our report, it was at the very end of the allotted time window, causing us to back up our contractual dates. For a new build with not much to write up, I didn't expect our report to take quite so long.

Reis was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. She did a great job finding issues with the house and discussing possible solutions. She also talked at length about the difference between things that were in the report because they are technically wrong, but aren't something she would go to the trouble to fix if it were her house. She was very patient in explaining all of the issues and answered all of our questions. She showed up early to our appointment and had done some pre-work on the outside of the house. Great experience.
