Richard was very thorough in the inspection. It was very nice of him to let us walk with him through the entire inspection session and explain the things and answer questions patiently. His attention to minute details was excellent. This helped us in taking a informed decision in our house hunting process. He did sent out the detailed report on the same day. However, the report format could be better. I highly recommend him for getting the complete house inspection.

Richard saved us by showing up quickly to do an inspection before several parties left town. He didn't have much time and so knuckled down and just bulldozed through the job. We were concerned that he might be sloppy as a result, but quite the contrary. He took time at the end of the inspection to go over his results and then submitted a very professional report to us with great photos. I needed to call him a few times afterwards to ask for clarification and he quickly responded. Good guy. Good job. I highly recommend him.

Richard was good. We had some family and a friend over at the inspection and he didn't seem to be an issue for him. We got a detailed report of the home inspection and it was helpful as we went forward. The only suggestion would be to get the formatting of the report to make it easier to read and see the photos along with a brief description (rather than going back and forth between a few pages).

Richard was very thorough gave particular attention to details. Attic insulation in particular made note to seal insulation away from chimney pipe and other exhaust pipes that later may have caused problems in a combustion situation.
