I am so grateful for Stanton and his Inspection Services. Stanton was very prompt, thorough, professional, and courteous. He came prepared with a multitude of tools to ensure safety issues were tested and/or captured effectively. I also appreciated Stanton flagging things that may be minor at the moment but are worth us, as the future homeowners, keeping an eye on and/or caring for soon so that they don't turn into a major problem later. In fact, the report that Stanton produced with his insights, observations, flags, recommendations etc. was VERY impressive. The photos, description, and annotations in that report were so easy to follow and truly gave us the confidence we needed to move forward with the purchase of our first home.
