I was interested to know the condition of the house we had under a purchase contract. The house looked like it was in great condition, but I wanted to know what was hidden away in the nooks and crannies. Very thorough inspection that uncovered some surprises. Like the furnace that was hiding in the crawlspace and 38 years old was good to know about.

Excellent inspection service. Very detailed analysis documenting all posible findings on the house. Our inspector used colors to highliht high security problems, moderate issues ans litle things. We found that very useful for a reference later to address some of these things. We liked the fact that he pointed out some esthetic related stuff as well.

I’m very happy with the work of workhorse. They did a very thorough inspection which uncovered some issues that we wanted to have addressed by the sellers. Had those issues not been discovered or inspected we would have had some issues with the home that would not have made it as welcoming as what we wanted. I would absolutely refer them to a friend for a client.
