Absolutely thrilled with the inspection report of our first home. Greg showed up and was ready to roll. He told us exactly what he was doing, why he was doing it, and even offered some advice on things we may want to consider updating in due time. As a first-time buyer, I was initially nervous about the inspection part, too many horror stories! But, he checked everything out for us and even gave us a binder detailing each thing he found, and highlighted what should be a priority. Very happy with his inspection, and his kindness and patience in explaining in detail what he was doing through the process.

I would recommend the preferred home inspector, only if all other home inspection companies were rated as a "0". After further investigation of the home, I discovered that the electrical infrastructure will need to be redone, on the second floor of the home . I was given an estimate of of over $1,000 to rewire everything. I find this to be totally unacceptable for an "preferred" home inspection company to fail at discovering and/or overlooking.

I will forever recommend Greg from Preferred Home Inspection! He was there even before our meeting time looking at the outside of the home, checked absolutely everything thoroughly, and was extremely detailed in the report. In addition to printing the report right on-site, it included pictures for line items, descriptions, and he went over all the details verbally too. In addition, he followed up right before closing to make sure all accepted changes were met and walked through if things were not met approximately how much they would cost to fix. GREAT WORK
