Candid Home Inspections thoroughly impressed me with their level of detail not just in their inspection process but in how they presented the information to the customer. They did not just perform a quick 30 minute "run through" as some do, rather they took their time paying attention to details a home buyer needs to know. This was not a nit picky inspection but an honest examination which was then presented in a way that the customer feels well informed about the home. From the first firm handshake to the final report and follow-up email, they made sure we received and understood all of the inspection results. Certainly an example for others to follow.
