Our home inspection was extremely thorough and our report was provided in less than 24 hours, not to mention it was completed on Easter Sunday. As Alan inspected the home, when requested, he was able to advise what we could potentially improve/fix ourselves and what might need professional attention. Having worked in this profession for many years, he was able to suggest who/where we could turn to for the professional assistance we might need in caring for our home. Vertez even made 3 trips to our home to make sure that the radon testing would be complete by the time the rest of our report was prepared. I was able to schedule with Vertez on short notice and they were kind and patient with me through several reschedules.
