I have had many less than perfect experiences with home inspectors who are less than qualified to do their jobs. Fortunately, I was able to use Andrew Riche at Treadstone for my latest purchase. As a home builder, he possessed the skills and knowledge to weed out the incidental while focusing on the dangerous and/or costly flaws. His thoroughness and ability to explain his concerns saved me thousands of dollars and was a valuable tool in negotiating a fair settlement. I wouldn't buy a house in the area without using him in future.
