Poor servie,, Wanted to just get down and get out. Missed important issues around the house and had to have them pointed out. Still finding some issues with non working and leaking pipes around today. Was clearly just after the money, making you sign for non-liability before showing results. Why would they not do that when they know they do a poor job? Sent emails out with questions on report, but got no responses, Called their number on the email they sent. Apparently, it belongs to one the the other marketers they spend time trying to introduce you to. They claimed they reached out to them and that I should expect a call back. Nothing. Poorest of the poorest performance.

I purchased a home inspection in March. CSI did not inspect the air conditioning unit. Buried in the middle of the 25 page report was one sentence stating this. Unfortunately I only discovered this after the closing due to fact the a/c did not work at all! The service tech I had to pay for (instead of the seller who should have paid for it) found the system had zero refrigerant. The tech said in his experience a home inspector should specifically tell the prospective buyer to have the a/c checked prior to closing if the inspector did not run the system. In my case this situation was not explicitly made aware to me, and I had to pay $250 for the service call to fix it. The inspector found other deficiencies that the seller had to fix, but I think I did not receive the full service I paid over $400 for. I expected to receive a complete inspection and better communication. Of course, they disclaim any liability. They said they are generalists, not a/c techs, which totally misses the point of my argument of bad customer service. Also, their concierge service is nothing but people constantly calling and emailing trying to sell products and services I don’t want.
