Brad Strange was fantastic! I was able to book him late on a Saturday for a full inspection the next day - Mother’s Day! He and his wife, Terry, worked in tandem as a great team to perform an exceptionally thorough 4-hour inspection. Brad was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and he even addressed a couple maintenance issues while there (after receiving permission). I wholeheartedly recommend him and his wife!

Very thorough job.

Brad is what every home buyer needs in their back pocket when buying a pre-loved home. He and his funny wife come and literally inspect every corner of a house. We have now used them 2 times in the last 7 years and will use them again in the future. He doesn't leave a stone un-turned. He and his wife opened every window, checked every plug in the house and will take the time to explain what he sees. Not only does he inspect the big ticket items but he also takes time to inspect the little items which I think is HUGE. You never feel uneasy or like you are taking time or rushed. That is important when buying a home because you want to be fully aware of what youre getting into so I would recommend Brad to anyone... my friends, parents.... grandma, I trust him and his wife implicitly.

Mr. Strange is one of the nicest man you'll ever meet. We had such a great experience from our home inspection. We just didn't expect to learn so much.
