I thought the inspection was excellent and while they were at the house, they shared many helpful ideas and suggestions which I appreciated very much. They forgot the equipment for a test we requested in advance, but made sure that they came back to the house to complete the task. I did have a few follow up questions that I emailed to them without receiving any response. I have to find another resource to find the answers to my questions.

Chris provided a thorough inspection of our eventual home, and was a ninja in catching the little things that made us immensely more confident in our purchase. My only comment - and it isn't bad exactly - is that Chris is very willing to add-on services on top of the requested inspection. For a novice, these are welcome, however, the markup on these services were much much higher than if I had researched other inspection services on my own. Again, in a time crunch, these are welcome, but upon discovering the true costs of some of the services he offered, it soured my overall experience.
