A little bit about Cliff
I have been working with Redfin clients since 2009 and perform hundreds of home inspections every year for buyers in the Washington, DC metro area.
I've inspected one of the oldest residences in the area. I've also inspected homes and properties for diplomats, the State Department, Department of Defense and members of Congress. As a former renovator in the DC area, I've got hands on experience with old homes.
My detailed reports are finished within 24 hours of the inspection and are emailed as a pdf file for clients' use.
