Daniel was terrific! He came to the inspection having already done a good deal of research on the property. He was extremely thorough during the inspection, identifying problematic items, clarifications needed from the seller, and items that the builders had not yet completed or should have done differently. He then followed up with a detailed report of all of his findings. Getting the seller to complete these repairs prior to closing saved me a ton of money in the long run. Highly recommend!
