Hollis inspected 2 homes I put in an offer for in Silver Spring, MD. Each time, he was punctual, thorough, and professional. He was able to remain flexible and do a last-minute reschedule with me at no charge because of some issues we ran into with turning the property's utilities on. For the first inspection, he issued a very reasonable estimate to begin with, but he even reduced the home inspection price the second time we hired him by $50!
