I never actually met Jason (or anyone else at Donofrio & Associates). I only went with them because my Realtor, Tom Moffett, recommended them. I was pleased until I actually moved into the residence and some of the concerns I had asked them to look for during the inspection (which Jason had all cleared), turned out to be bigger issues that I now need to take care off. The previous homeowner did shotty renovations on his own and I feel like Jason should have noticed some of the issues a bit clearer.

Jason was very very thorough, which is exactly what we wanted. He was patient and took the time to show us how to do things like turn off the water and was realistic about whether something was actually a problem or not. Additionally, he was really nice! I kind of doubt he was the least expensive option out there, but I also believe he earned the cost. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone who was looking for an inspector.

Jason Donofrio was an exceptionally helpful home inspector. I was impressed by his promptness on the day of inspection; he had arrived early to set up so when we arrived we could get started right away. Throughout the inspection he took time to explain what he was looking for as we walked through with him, which was very helpful for me being a first-time home buyer. He took the time to answer all of our questions with a smile. at the end he provided us immediately with his detailed report complete with pictures (which turned out to be very helpful for me during my final inspection at closing as I couldn't remember if some details of the home were as they were previously). He proved to be a very detail oriented inspector, which is exactly the quality one needs for this. I highly recommend Jason Donofrio and would use again in the future! Thanks Jason.

Jason Donofrio did great job on our home inspection, provided an incredibly detailed report, and answered all of our questions. The only reason I'm not giving him a 10 is b/c he wasn't able to get access to our roof through the roof hatch, and didn't have a ladder available. We rescheduled the roof portion of the inspection, but external events out of his control caused big problems and we had to use another roof inspector. Overall, I would definitely recommend Donofrio & Associates.
