Andrew was on the ball from the get go! He was frequently in contact with us, even outside of normal work hours and on weekends. He was always there to answer any of our questions regarding the endless paperwork required to secure our loan. Andrew was also able to surprise us with the most incredible rate that we did not anticipate getting. Importantly, he was able to close within 25 days! We highly recommend Andrew!

Andrew has helped finance two houses for me. Both times he's worked hard to get me approved despite my not-quite-standard consulting income and (for the first house) lack of credit history. He's extremely responsive: I've gotten immediate responses to emails I sent at 10PM. He makes it easy to keep track of all the documentation that needs to be submitted. It always feels like Andrew is doing everything within his power to get me into the house I'm trying to buy.

Andrew made things extremely easy when working with the underwriters. He reviewed our finances to give us a good range of what we could expect, communicated with us and our realtor regularly with updates, and stayed on top of the underwriter to make sure our pre-approval and approval was done ahead of schedule. He was also able to find us a discount since we were long-time Wells Fargo customers! Highly recommend Andrew.
