We are first time home buyers and were nervous before going through the loan application and approval process. We were lucky to have Basel Mustafa as our loan officer, he has excellent record and experience in dealing with home mortgage applications. Basel got us an absolutely fantastic mortgage package, despite some unusual conditions in our work and financial history. My only criticism is that as first-time home buyers, we could have used FAR more explanation of our options and deadlines. We actually had to finalize everything by overnighting documents from the East Coast, which could have easily been avoided with better communication. But now that we're through it, we are extremely satisfied with the results and would not hesitate to recommend Basel and US Bank to anybody who has already gone through the process at least once.
