Fantastic loan officer that helped work through many details of the loan process. Overall we are also happy with the process of the bank. While I would note that there were some minor bumps along the way in paperwork (as often is the case in mortgage), our loan officer (Chad) worked tirelessly to keep things moving forward and on time. For that reason alone we'd recommend working with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.

Wells was a great lender to work with, and Chad Endo in particular was a huge help through the process and always very friendly. There were a few situations where the underwriters were a bit unclear in their requests, and the extra back and forth took some time to sort out, but overall I would still highly recommend them.

WF mortgage is the only way to go. Their team is on top of every detail and timing to get the application through accurately. I wouldn't have it any other way. If you're trying to buy a place in a competitive area, stick with WF and you'll have a better chance at getting accepted. Timing is of the essence and WF kept on track.

Chad was meticulous and thorough in explaining the otherwise very complex mortgage process. He explained and guided through all the steps and gave the heads up on what to expect and when.
