Over 100 tasks and many redundant questions. Errors were made and slow to be found, even when the errors were discovered the impact and implications took forever to get worked out. People make notes inmy e file and pass it along o other team members who don’t read the file and ask the same questions. Many questions based on false assumptions that simply could not be properly answered. Very very frustrating process. As an example.... Better Mortgage pulled two hard credit checks on me for my mortgage within 3 weeks and then asked me to explain why I had them on my credit report. Many people along the way were very nice but the system was clearly broken.
