I will recommend him to everyone I meet without worry that he would disappoint anyone. I would not call our purchase "normal" it had its share of complexities and Adam never missed a beat. He and his team were extremely valuable and I no for a fact we would never have gotten through it without them. Very happy very happy that we used him.. I knew nothing about purchasing in California and they educated and advised me every step of the way. Great team and so great that we got the recommendation from Ben.
