I am a first time home buyer and Mita was my Lender. She guided me through the process very diligently and followed up very closely on all the various processes which helped me close the deal on time. I felt very confident and assured when she took the effort to keenly explain the various steps and timelines that I should expect during the process. During the last few days before the closing, she stepped in to directly deal with title company so that we can close on time. I really appreciate that effort from her side. I would definitely work with Mita again in the future and I strongly recommend her.

Mita was very helpful in going over the entire process of how the loan/mortgage works. She is very good at calculating all your finances/assets which could be used wisely in order to prove you a strong borrower. She made sure we do not miss any deadline with regards to loan and appraisal contingencies. She was very prompt in responding to any questions/concerns I had during the whole process. She is very hard working and I am glad to have the opportunity to work with her for my first ever home loan. I would highly recommend having her as your lender so that there is one less concern to worry about.
