Go with Paul. The most nimble banker I worked with. The bank that I originally preferred rejected my loan application. As a result Paul and I had to move very fast to close the financing to meet the contract deadline. We ended up closing in less than 2 weeks, with Paul responding to emails after work hours and on weekends, pushing both me for needed information and his bank to move faster than usual. Outstanding work.

Paul is extremely responsive via text, and got our pre-approval lined up very quickly. When it came time for final loan approval, there were some delays that were out of Paul's control, but it was sometimes difficult to understand where we were in the process. We did have a minor issue at signing with a document that hadn't been double-checked, but overall we were happy with how responsive Paul is when you have questions and everything worked out.

Switching to Paul and Wells Fargo really saved us on this transaction. He walked us through the process quickly and efficiently and got us to close a few days ahead of schedule.
