Before we closed our dream house, we almost went through the whole mortgage process purchasing a different property only finding us back out a few days before closing due to buyer's fault. That being said, Philipp and his team have to do the work two times for me! However, in both times, Philipp and his team were extremely professional, responsive and very patient to my many questions. I called him pretty much any time I have questions, and he always stayed on the phone until my questions were answered. Philipp also helped me get a rate lower than I expected. He helped me go through different products and different options, and I ended up choosing a great product! Mortgage process can be scary, especially when you waive the loan contingency. Having a great loan officer is crucial not only making your offer stand out, but also closing on time with minimum friction. I was very happy finding Philipp and hoping to work with him again in the future.
