Quoc surpassed every expectation we had when purchasing our first home. His knowledge of various products as well as the market was unparalleled. Out of the gate, Quoc advised us on a number of available products to meets our needs and helped us understand the short term and long term financial and logistical implications of those products. Quoc is very responsive and fast (and EverBank seems to have competitive rates), if you have an uncomplicated loan and want to close on time, he definitely should be your go-to. We had some hiccups with regards to our down-payment source, but Quoc handled these hiccups with humility and compassion, so it ended up being great customer service, and we got the loan we needed to buy the house.

Thanks to Quoc and his amazingly efficient team that we got a fantastic mortgage in record time (shorter than 3 weeks!). Loan underwriting requires tons of documents, in addition to strict standards, but Quoc helped made the whole process straight forward by guiding us every step of the process. We plan to do more business with Quoc in the future, and recommend him highly to our relatives and friends.

He went one step ahead until we got keys to our home. That distinguishes him from other loan officers. I will use his services anytime I need the home loan again for purchase/refinance.
