Instead of other lenders just ask few questions and then give you a rough number, he guided me went though all things and gave suggestions what is best for us. Raffi and his team are incredible at what they do. When I converted from a cold footed lead into needing a preapproval on a bank holiday weekend, they tee'd up all the paperwork on the holiday so we could get preapproved as soon as the bank opened on the Tuesday. From there on, they were honest, straightforward, and efficient to work with through the process, resulting with a clean closing at a great rate. I would highly recommend working with Raffi for your loan.
