It was a NOT SO GOOD experience frankly. She is not well versed with the immigration aspect of the Loan processing conditions for customers. We had made our information clear to her that we have applied Change of Status for permanent Residency in USA and was not told of any potential issue until 2 days before the loan process closing, when the lender rejected the Loan as he is specifically looking for unexpired visa/Approved H1B petition papers. Now with the EAD and Advance Parole status that we are IN, we do not have any active visa with us and we do not need the visa to stay in USA or work. TBI Mortgage should have been more proactive with our case and get us another lender who consider, which did not happen. I will definitely NOT recommend them to any of my friends and families.

Sally was very good at providing a good rate and was always very responsive. The whole team at TBI was very easy to work with and made the whole bureaucracy a little less painful. They were very clear on which documentation was needed and why and also explaining how they came up with the closing cost numbers.

Sally was very helpful finding correct timing to lock the credit and finding the best rates. She was very accurate and I could totally rely on her to get back to me in agreed timeframe
