Sharmista is a super allay for a first time home buyer like me. From the very first conversation we had about securing loan till the closing date, Sharmista was always there guiding me and making sure everything was moving smoothly for the target closing date. Sharmista was able to offer me the best interest rates from the get go. She was able to secure previous day's lower rates for me even if I didn't verbally commit the previous day. She kept in close touch with the loan underwriter, escrow agent and my real estate agent throughout the process. She was extremely responsive in all communication.
