Craig was responsive and helpful overall. My only quibble with him was when he (on advice of supervisor) apparently made a mistake about my eligibility for a Loan Depot rebate and he did not notify me immediately. Instead, I had to contact him when it did not show up in paperwork and then Loan Depot would not honor the rebate. But mostly my experience with Loan Depot was blackened by what happened after I was transferred to a completely incompetent Account Manager. To Craig's credit, he proactively reached out during this process when he learned of my issues with her but there was really nothing he could do. Aside from Craig, Loan Depot had terrible communication and showed little caring for customer service.
