Chris is extremely patient with us. He is super nice. He helps us with a pre-approval letter even after work hours, when we try to submit our last bid to a house with 3 other offers on the table. He responses to us promptly, usually picks up my phone immediately, while other lenders I shopped are often having a voicemail box setting up waiting for me. His rates are competitive too and much lower than big banks like Chase or Citibank. I would highly recommend Chris to my friends.

Chris was solid. This was my first home purchase and mortgage application and Chris made the process easy. He was particularly helpful during the early stages where he patiently answered my questions by phone and walked me through what the process would look like, what information I would need to gather and what/why each fee along the way would look like. He was on top of each deadline, proactively tracking me down to ensure that I knew what to expect. I started out looking for a broker via an online lending marketplace (Lending Tree) but dropped that path as soon as I spoke with Chris. His rate was competitive and he was totally on top of the process
