Gary was pleasant and responsive. We had a 2 month going back and forth on the requirements which his colleague, Josh L.- customer care specialist, also jumped into to facilitate the documents. Both Gary and Josh were informative and were patient to explained things through as first time home buyers. We appreciate Gary and his team at Chase for enabling us to close our first home with a decent rate. Despite a hiccup experienced few days before the closing which made us extremely nervous, the Chase team pulled through and got us to close at our preferred date. Also if you are already a Chase customer with access to the online banking, the mortgage online portal seamlessly integrates with the existing banking platform which makes managing mortgage related items a piece of cake. Keeping it in the ecosystem! Last thing I want to mention was that after closing, Gary follow up with a call to congratulate on our home and discuss feedback. It's the little personal thing like this that makes the best impression.
