Ian Beamer is the the Man! I started my home buying process a year ago. He was nice enough to spend a half hour going through the process with me (even parts that didn't involve a mortgage). He was extremely patient with me and took me step by step through the mortgage process. Apart from being super knowledgeable, Ian is also really well connected. Whenever I had an issue, Ian would say "I'll handle it" and sure enough 5 min later I'd get a call back saying the problem is handled. I would buy again from Guaranteed Rate any day!
