We worked with Jeremy Rose and he was incredible. Within a week and a half we were able to get our loan approved, have an appraisal done, and almost have our final estimate. Jeremy was really great to work with, he always answered when we called and was genuinely really nice. We would not have been able to get our house without him! We would definitely work with Guaranteed Rate and Jeremy again!

2 reviews 1.0 star rating 11/4/15 I had used one of ryans employees when he was at a different lender and decided to go with him again on my new mortgage...BIG MISTAKE... This was an absolutely horrible experience. Jeremy called me a few weeks before the closing date to let me know there was a problem with the appraisal and that they had transposed the numbers. I informed him we had hit a hiccup in the negotiations on the home. Rather than following up with me throughout the week, he completely halted the loan process. He calls me a week later and i tell him everything is straightened out and he informs me the closing date isnt going to happen. The problem is, I was selling my condo and needed that closing date. I spoke with Ryan and he assured me they would do their best to accomodate. Next they started to ask me for paperwork I had already submitted. Next they started sending me OTHER CLIENTS documents to sign. That alone would prevent me from doing business with them ever again. But it only gets worse. They then tell me there was a good chance at getting the closing done on the date requested and gave a conditional clear to close and my attorney emailed them with a time and place for the closing. He did not receive a response. 2 days later Jeremy calls me and informs me, NOT MY ATTORNEY, that the closing wouldnt happen on that day. I tried to reach out to Ryan only to have him tell me he would call me...big surprise...HE NEVER DID...and the closing date was pushed back 4 days costing me hundreds of dollars. Then came the day of closing and another gong show. The funding agent was apparently confused by the ESTIMATED amount from my sale and wouldnt fund my purchase because the profit from my sale wasnt the amount of the ESTIMATE, even though the proceeds were about 7 times my closing cost needs. Then she was confused by the fact that about 4 times of the needed closing costs were transferred between title companies with the rest being paid out to be in a check. This added an extra hour or so to the closing, and almost pushed it back ANOTHER day. I will NEVER do business with this office or Guaranteed Rate ever again...
