Matt is one of a kind! He is so nice and knowledgable, which made the lending process a breeze. I was under the gun to submit an offer on a Sunday evening, and Matt made himself available to get me pre-qualified in order to make that happen. In that pre-qualification meeting he was incredibly thorough and explained every step of the process to me. He showed me exactly where all of the numbers were coming from and clearly explained each lending option that was available to me. Once my offer was accepted, he and his team were very clear in their communication of what was needed from me to keep the process moving. Matt went over all my final loan documents line by line to make sure I completely understood my terms and explained where each line item was coming from. Matt and his team were quick to respond to all of my needs from the day we first spoke to the day I signed my papers, and I can't thank them enough!

Matt was generally nice and eventually got the job done but I would not recommend him for low down payment assistance program needs. It turned out to be quite a headache for me to pursue these programs with Matt as I was forced to changed mortgage programs 4 times and wound up taking unnecessary home buying classes throughout the process. I was also never offered a tax advantage program that is normally standard with down payment assistance programs that I feel should have at least been mentioned by Matt.

Matt was amazing and made the process so easy and extremely fast. Would absolutely recommend him to any friend.
