Seth is absolutely amazing and easy to work with. Getting a mortgage is an area where it helps so much to shop around as a difference of half a percentage point can save you thousands. I called ~10 different lenders and Seth's rate was almost 0.75% points lower than what I found from the next lowest lender. There were no hidden points or anything and he was incredibly transparent about everything. He got us closed on time. So easy to work with, personable and I do not think you can find rates lower than what he offers.

We are so glad that we took our realtor's advice and contacted Denver-area brokers, and we were so lucky to land with Seth. He was ALWAYS available and was ridiculously responsive, whether (literally) on vacation with his family or enjoying a holiday weekend. We felt terrible reaching out at times that like but Seth was always friendly and super helpful regardless of the circumstances. It was so great working with him. We would unequivocally recommend him to other prospective buyers. You won't find a better, more attentive, and more helpful partner in your search for financing for a new home.

My wife and I recently closed on a house in Parker with a mortgage from Stone Creek, and overall had a great experience. Seth was very knowledgeable and did a great job communicating all aspects of the process to us. He was straightforward and professional and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied (quick to return calls on nights and weekends). The rate and fees were better than what we were quoted from a "Big Bank". Seth even showed up to the close just to be sure any questions we had would be answered. He was low pressure throughout the process and very open and honest about all aspects of the mortgage application and finalization. We were able to close on time with no delay (less than a month from our contract being accepted). Overall, I highly recommend going with Seth from Stone Creek Mortgages!
