Very Disappointed. George is a great person but the bank he worked with for our apartment is bad. They changed the point fee at last second without any notice. They just send the document for signature and not explain why. We have to find out by ourselves then call the broker to try to figure out what happened. George tried his best to help. But the last minute issues really upset us.

George is absolutely the sweetest, he put his heart and soul into our application and did everything to make sure we met deadlines. From explaining the mortgage application to actually closing he did such a good job making sure we got the home of our dreams. He spoke to us like we were family. Such a genuine soul, we are very appreciative.

Being a first time homeowner is overwhelming to say the least so the expectations of having someone in your corner to communicate effectively in a professional is a mus!. Unfortunately, we did not get that from this broker. He may have initially had our best interest, but the lack of communication as far as details, the need for someone to be empathetic do to our lack of knowing what was acceptable and what was not, timeliness as far as deadlines for 3rd parties, and consideration of our time as full time workers and parents of 2 small children; outweighed all of his brief sincerity. My hopes are to only share how my spouse and I were “robbed” from our life long dream of becoming a homeowner due to our terrible experience. We wish nothing but the best and pray this will never happen to another family. All in all, we would have rather to be denied then strung along and be miserable throughout the process.

He gave great advice, provided quick responses to emails and texts, provided documentation in a timely manner and he has a great wealth of knowledge and resources. He made a stressful process go very smoothly and he worked miracles in such a little time. We could not have completed our home purchase as quickly as we did without his help!
