Communications method is not unified or consistent between the rocket mortgage app, website, text, email, and phone. Method/Timing for notification of new document requests/questions/tasks also seemed to vary between me and my wife (co-borrower) where she would get an email but I would not get notified until much later. The app is also very bare bones and doesn’t show all what’s needed to be done as the website. Lastly, I was notified there may be a delay to closing less than a week to closing when I had arranged for movers so it was a mad dash to the end when the questions could have been asked at the very beginning. And was already in documents supplied on day 1. Rate was very good though
