We survey everyone who has submitted a loan application with this lender, whether the loan closed or not.
I am sorry that these clients did not have a great experience. This is not the type of experience we strive for customers to experience. The client was extremely cooperative during the process. It was of no fault to them that the experience wasn’t as pleasant as what they would have wanted. I strive to create a relationship that allows for open communication between the client and myself to ensure an efficient closing process. I appreciated the opportunity to work with them and wish them continued health and happiness at their new home.
