We were incredibly unhappy with the service we received by sky financial. At a crucial time, we needed to lock-in our rate, the person assisting us was not available despite communicating that they would be. We were ghosted for several days, no one else stepped in to help us. We ended up losing a very competitive rate due to their negligence and lack of support. We had to make several calls, sent emails and texts, trying desperately to get a hold of this person. There was zero transparency and clear communication. Many times we felt that we were given the run around. This was the worst part of our home buying experience. It nearly cost our ability to purchase our home. We have never experienced such terrible customer service, as we have with this company. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
