Overall, we had a very good experience with People's Mortgage. We feel confident that we got the best rate we could at the time, closing costs were cheaper than other options we looked at, and our agent was always available to talk and did his best to answer our questions. The reason for an 8/10 instead of 10/10 is because we negotiated concessions with our seller and there was some miscommunication in what concessions could be applied towards, which led to some last minute adjustments that needed to be made. This miscommunication did lead to some added stress, but nonetheless, we were happy with People's Mortgage and our agent throughout the home buying process.
