Rather he gave opinions about the price range that I was looking at and why I would want to go Conventional over FHA, or vice versa. As this was my first time buying a house he definitely made it a great experience throughout the entire financial process. On top of him making me feel at ease throughout the process, he always responded in a timely manner which is amazing in this day and age with how busy people in this field can be.
