I worked with James Crane and Sheila Burton with First tech to get my mortgage. Both were very responsive and very detailed and awesome to work with. At first, I dealt with a very bad loan officer at first tech. the officer told me I have to wait for two months to clear my transactions. However, that seemed very unreasonable and I requested to change my officer. I was directed to work with James and my whole experience changed. He has been very knowledgeable during this process and made this process very smooth. The number of documents First Tech will ask for will be very thorough but then the process of the loan will be done without a problem. I highly recommend James and Sheila.
