We knew that we wanted this house and hadn't lined up our financing, and Joe was so quick to get to know us and our finances in order to advise us properly on what we were able to afford and do. Due to his experience and desire to help us (even when he was out doing his own personal weekend activities), he was able to properly secure our funding in a short period of time so we could put in an acceptable offer. After the baby steps were taken, Joe helped us through the process of underwriting and getting our loan approved without any issues. He kept us informed and up to date on what our loan status was, which really kept our stress levels through the process at a minimum. Joe and Racheal were great. Joe, Principal at Guardian Residential Lending, worked with me to lock a low rate and kept me apprised of my loan status. He also coordinated the required VA appraisal and successfully closed by his guaranteed deadline. Racheal, his Senior Lending Processor, ensured all the paperwork was correct, did some additional research for my VA loan, and coordinated activity with real estate agents and escrow. The bottom line: great service and an on-time closing. What more could you ask for?
