I am very sorry to hear that these clients did not have a good experience during the purchase process. At Iron Point Mortgage, we strive to understand our client’s needs, provide knowledgeable advice, outline available options, close early and communicate throughout the process. Although the loan closed in 21 days, unfortunately, the original loan officer had to go part-time during the transaction and did not provide the experience that we would hope for our clients to experience. As the Branch Manager, I have made the appropriate changes and anticipate that this will not happen again.
