We very much enjoyed working with our client throughout the entire process. I’m sorry to hear that they found the process a little confusing at times. It certainly is a mammoth task with the loan side of the transaction alongside the property side with seller disclosures, inspections, and so forth, and a lot to digest in a short space of time once in contract. There was renegotiation needed as a result of the appraisal, but in the end it added even more value to the transaction. If our clients need additional clarification during the process, we welcome any opportunity to speak with them directly to alleviate any concerns. We hope this client is thoroughly enjoying their new home!
