For the most part Daryl and his team were great to work with - we had all our paperwork filled out in advance, so no last-minute problems. The one thing: we ended up having an unexpected $500+ fee to extend our rate lock because our lock expired before closing. We knew our closing date well in advance - from our perspective this never should have happened and it was frustrating. If helpful to other home buyers please feel free to share this feedback.

Daryl was extremely professional while also being personable. He met deadlines and worked with us to figure out kinks in the process. Although Janice also worked hard to help us through issues I found that she seemed overwhelmed as she asked for a document repeatedly while not explaining the error in the originals. Additionally, she was unwilling to pull the paper file of all documents which had been given a week prior and asked me to send them electronically instead (my time is also valuable). Several spelling and clerical errors were made which were found during the closing process. Finally, she sent the final document showing closing expenses to an email which we were not using as a primary contact as well as ignored the automatic reply for that email showing an out of office status.

He was very receptive and did an excellent job taking care of our VA loan. He explained this very well when we had inquires. Would absolutely use him again.
