I was actually working with another lender for a few weeks and wanted to compare rates so I applied for a loan with Brandon on a Friday. I decided to make an offer that Sunday and Brandon offered to furnish a pre-approval letter on Sunday evening if I needed it which I said was unnecessary. They actually furnished a pre-approval letter before my original lender on Monday morning after only having essentially 0.5 business days to process my application. He's always always available for questions day and night via his cell phone. They exceeded expectations in every possible way and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mortgage.

When I called around to several potential lenders to compare rates he was happy to give me some education on the local market and was very straightforward about what types of loans he was able to offer most competitively. When we chose to move forward with making an offer and only had a short time to complete the pre-underwriting/pre-approval process Brandon and his team were reachable outside of normal business hours and worked quickly to make sure we were ready to meet the offer deadline. In deciding which sort of mortgage would best suit our needs, Brandon was endlessly patient with my many questions and cheerfully answered the phone during off hours. He helped us choose a loan that fit, and I truly believe that he and his team had our best interests in mind when sorting through the available options.
