Cristie is a good mortgage officer and we believe she is someone you can trust. She also teaches first time homebuyer classes and is extremely knowledgeable about programs that can benefit first time homebuyers. We did feel like she could have communicated better with us during the process. We had some delays in our closing date due to delays with the appraisal and the housing commission review. These issues were probably out of Cristie's control but she didn't tell us what was happening in a timely manner which added stress to our buying process.

I took the First Time Home Buyers class through Cristie. Her and the class were recommended to me by a co-worker who couldn't say enough about Cristie. She looked over my finances, walked me through the expectations of purchasing a home, and kept me in the loop the whole way through the process. I had heard so many nightmares about the lending process so I was a bit on edge. It was all for nothing. Cristie and her team at Guild made everything so easy - down to the signing closing documents. Use Cristie and take her class if you're a first time homebuyer - it's worth it.
