David was great to work with when buying our home. Our house was a multiple offer situation, so I had talked with David before-hand to ensure our financing wouldn't be an issue, and with his support we waived the financing contingency to strengthen our offer. After the initial round of documents there were only a few additional documentation requests to finish out the mortgage, and David always quickly got back to me when I had any questions. We were able to close on time with a good rate, so I'd happily use David and FirstTech again.
